Who We Are
Built from real experience in disability support
Wollongong Disability Services was founded with one goal: to provide the kind of support that actually makes a difference. We're not a faceless organisation we're a small, dedicated local team that knows the Illawarra community personally.
Our founders bring direct experience working within NDIS businesses and allied health settings. That means we understand both the system and the people it's designed to help and we use that knowledge to make your experience smooth, clear, and genuinely supportive.
We operate 7 days a week with the capacity to provide 24-hour support, because we know that life doesn't pause on weekends.

Ellyce Quirk
Co-Founder & Client Relations
Ellyce is the heart of our client relationships. She ensures every participant feels heard, valued and supported from the very first call. With a warm, hands-on approach, she oversees day-to-day operations and is always available to guide you through your support journey.
Nikhil
Co-Founder & Exercise Physiologist
Nikhil holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and brings years of hands-on NDIS experience. He leads our allied health and fitness programs, designing tailored support plans that help participants build strength, improve independence and overall wellbeing.
